Industry Leadership

Mar West Real Estate is leading an industry "Stakeholders Group" (comprised of fifteen law firms, five lobbying firms, five trade organizations and two property management firms) in working with attorneys for and members of, the California Law Revision Commission (CLRC), to change the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act for the benefit of Commercial Property Owners Associations and building owners.

Mar West Real Estate is a co- founding member of the CPOA Accredited Management Network. A network of select firms, which specialize in the management of Commercial Property Owners Associations. The CPOA Accredited Management Network is developing industry standards and protocols to ensure the highest level of ethical and efficient management practices.
