Craig has ultimate responsibility for establishing the purpose, culture and strategic business plan for Mar West Real Estate. He reports to the Board of Directors.
Professional Experience
Craig Stevens has 30 years of business experience, encompassing the commercial real estate, financial, and technology industries. Craig left CBRE after identifying a need for a higher level of knowledge and professionalism in forming, managing and repairing Commercial Propert Owners’ Associations. In October 2003 he joined partner, April Buchner of Mar West Real Estate, and focused exclusively on creating an industry out of this neglected micro-niche within the broader commercial property management sector. The firm works with and serves developers, commercial property association boards of directors, building and condominium owners, attorneys and brokers.
Prior to 2003, Craig accrued twenty years of experience in the financial services and commercial real estate industries, holding senior, entrepreneurial positions. Craig worked for LPL Financial Services, IDM Corporation, Fidelity National Financial, Koll and CBRE. His roles within these firms allowed him to become highly knowledgeable and adept at commercial property acquisition, securitization, financing, management, leasing, disposition and 1031 exchanges.
